Shipping Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This policy explains production timing, delivery estimates, customs responsibilities and damage reporting for QuicklyShow orders.

1. Production Time

Standard production normally takes three business days after final design approval and receipt of full payment, excluding Chinese public holidays. Large, complex or specially engineered projects may require more time.

2. Delivery Options

  • Express: DHL, UPS, SF Express or another suitable carrier, normally estimated at 5–7 business days.
  • Ocean freight: a lower-cost option normally estimated at 15–30 business days.

Transit periods are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customers with a fixed event deadline must disclose it before confirming the order and should allow contingency time.

3. Duties, Taxes and Customs

Unless expressly stated in writing, quotations exclude import duties, VAT/GST, customs charges, brokerage, storage, port, terminal, drayage and destination fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Where available, the buyer may prepay estimated duties and QuicklyShow may assist with payment, but the final assessment is controlled by local authorities.

4. Customs and Carrier Delays

QuicklyShow is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, inaccurate or missing importer information, unpaid duties, local clearance procedures, carrier disruption, weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our reasonable control.

5. Address and Delivery

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact person and telephone number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt or post-dispatch address change may be charged to the customer.

6. Inspection and Claims

Inspect packages promptly. Printing errors, shipping damage or missing components must be reported to alice@quicklyshow.com within 48 hours after delivery, with the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and affected area.
