These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, design services and custom exhibition display products supplied by Shenzhen QuicklyShow Exhibition Display Co., Ltd.

1. Quotations

Quotations are based on information supplied by the customer. Changes to scope, quantity, materials, artwork, destination or schedule may require a revised quotation.

2. Design Deposit

A non-refundable USD 500 design deposit is required before design work begins. It is credited toward the total order value. If the customer stops or cancels the project before design completion, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Approval and Payment

The customer must review dimensions, spelling, colors, artwork, layout and included components. Full payment of the remaining balance is required after final approval and before custom production begins. Accepted methods may include bank transfer and PayPal.

4. Custom Production

Once the design and order are confirmed, custom production begins and the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law. Standard production normally takes three business days after final approval and full payment, excluding Chinese public holidays. Complex or unusually large projects may require additional time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event, booth, venue, delivery and artwork information.
• Confirm that submitted artwork and trademarks may lawfully be reproduced.
• Review venue rules, fire regulations, height limits, electrical rules, rigging and labor requirements.
• Arrange customs cooperation, unloading, venue handling and installation unless separately included in writing.

6. Color and Product Variations

Screen colors, fabric batches, printing processes and lighting may cause reasonable differences between digital proofs and finished products. Minor variations that do not materially affect intended use are not defects.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers retain rights to artwork they provide. QuicklyShow retains rights to its product engineering, reusable components, methods and pre-existing design materials. We will respect a customer’s written confidentiality request regarding project images.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuicklyShow is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, missed opportunities, venue penalties or losses caused by inaccurate customer information, customs or carrier delay, force majeure or use contrary to instructions. Liability for an affected product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Shenzhen, China, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies.
