Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Terms

We ship worldwide via our logistics partners: DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. All deliveries from Quicklyshow are fully insured against theft and accidental damage during transit.

Most of our products are custom-made. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production before shipment.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Economical Sea Freight (Estimated delivery: 3–4 weeks)

  • Express Delivery (Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days)

You can choose your preferred shipping method and view corresponding charges during checkout.

Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Refunds, Defects & Returns

Custom Orders

All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify both the delivery carrier and Quicklyshow within 24 hours of receipt. Please include photo or video evidence of the damage and packaging.

Failure to report damage within the specified time may void your claim.

Variations in Appearance

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color or finish may occur. Screen and printer calibration may also cause color discrepancies. These variations are not considered defects.

Inspection & Claims

Buyers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any defects, shortages, or errors within 48 hours in writing. If no issues are reported, the order is considered accepted and free from defect.


3. Return Process (for Non-Custom Items Only)

Standard products (not customized or limited edition) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued. We kindly ask that you include a reason for the return, as we continuously strive to improve our products and service.

Note: Custom-made items and limited edition installations are not eligible for return or refund, unless there are technical defects. Please contact our support team in such cases.
