Inside a Pop-Up Display Factory in China: From Frame Assembly to Final Inspection

  • Aug, 18, 2026

What buyers should expect from a real factory

Choosing a pop up display factory in China is not only a price comparison. The buyer is relying on the factory to translate a floor plan into a reusable structure, match printed graphics to the frame, test electrical components and pack the order so that every part arrives together.

Factory photographs help because they reveal the actual work behind the product. A useful supplier review should look for evidence of frame assembly, graphic production, illumination testing and pre-shipment records—not only polished renderings.

Frame assembly reveals whether the design is practical

The first factory check is physical. Linked aluminum lattices are expanded and connected into the intended booth layout. This confirms dimensions, access points, stability and the relationship between walls, counters and overhead elements.

QuicklyShow systems use modular, lightweight aluminum components. With proper care, the main structure can normally be reused for approximately three to five years. When a booth changes from 10×10 ft to 10×20 ft, the original modules can remain in service while the design is revised and additional components are supplied.

Why a trial assembly matters

A drawing cannot reveal every practical issue. Trial assembly can identify a missing connector, an incorrect orientation or a graphic that needs adjustment before international shipping. For simple displays, labeled connections and installation videos also make it easier for the exhibitor to repeat the setup at the venue.

LED testing before packing

A pop-up lightbox display should be illuminated before shipment. The factory checks LED strips, cables, drivers and adapters, then records photographs or video for customer confirmation. QuicklyShow can configure 110 V or 220 V requirements and suitable plug conversion according to the destination market.

Production, shipping and after-sales support

After the booth design and artwork are approved, standard customized production can normally be completed within three days. Express delivery by DHL or UPS commonly takes five to seven working days, while sea freight commonly takes about 20 to 30 working days.

Lightbox products include a one-year warranty. For qualifying damage or deformation during that period, corresponding replacement parts are supplied without charge and the buyer covers freight. Exact project terms should be confirmed on the order.

Questions to ask before ordering

Ask for the final component list, graphic specification, voltage, plug type, package count, shipment dimensions, inspection method, installation guidance and warranty. A reliable direct factory exhibition display proposal should make these items visible before payment and dispatch.

Frequently asked questions

Can the frame be reused for different exhibitions?

Yes. The aluminum frame can be stored and reused, and the fabric graphic can be replaced. A different booth size may require a revised layout and additional or fewer modules.

Does QuicklyShow provide installation support?

Yes. Labeled components, installation videos and remote guidance are available. Actual crew size and installation time depend on the final configuration.

How quickly can a customized order be produced?

After the design and artwork are approved, standard customized production can normally be completed within three days, followed by inspection photographs and video for customer confirmation.
