How Custom Printed Fabric Booth Graphics Are Produced and Finished

  • Aug, 19, 2026

The graphic is part of the structure

In a custom printed fabric booth, artwork is not a poster added at the end. Its dimensions, stretch, seam position and finishing method affect how the complete display looks. A sharp print can still install poorly when the fabric is cut incorrectly or the edge finish does not match the frame.

For that reason, production begins with the final frame size, visible area and finishing specification—not with the printer alone.

Artwork approval before production

The customer should approve the final scale, color reference, bleed and orientation. Small text and logos must remain inside the safe area, while seams, pockets or silicone edges must be considered before printing.

QuicklyShow starts standard customized production after the booth solution and artwork are confirmed. Buyers receive inspection photographs and video before dispatch.

Fabric graphic printing

The factory image shows textile artwork moving through a printing stage. QuicklyShow commonly supplies high-definition dye-sublimation fabric graphics for tension fabric display applications. However, the exact production route depends on the selected textile and order specification, so buyers should confirm whether printing is direct or transferred from printed paper.

Cutting and sewing determine the fit

After printing, the graphic is cut and sewn for the intended hardware. This may include hems, pole pockets, zippers or silicone edge strips. Accurate finishing distributes tension evenly and helps reduce wrinkles, exposed edges and distorted artwork.

The sewing photograph provides useful manufacturing evidence, but it should be described accurately: it shows the finishing stage and does not by itself prove cutting tolerance or color accuracy.

Installation and graphic replacement

A reusable aluminum frame can support different campaigns when the fabric graphic is replaced separately. This is useful for frequent exhibitors because the customer can keep the structural investment while updating the visible message.

Replacement graphics should be ordered against the correct frame model and dimensions. A supplier should not assume that two visually similar frames use identical finished graphic sizes.

Buyer checklist

Confirm the frame model, finished graphic size, textile type, printing method, seam or edge finish, single- or double-sided requirement, fire-safety documentation required by the venue and the deadline for artwork approval.

Frequently asked questions

Can the frame be reused for different exhibitions?

Yes. The aluminum frame can be stored and reused, and the fabric graphic can be replaced. A different booth size may require a revised layout and additional or fewer modules.

Does QuicklyShow provide installation support?

Yes. Labeled components, installation videos and remote guidance are available. Actual crew size and installation time depend on the final configuration.

How quickly can a customized order be produced?

After the design and artwork are approved, standard customized production can normally be completed within three days, followed by inspection photographs and video for customer confirmation.
