Exhibition Display OEM: How Custom Manufacturing Projects Work
An exhibition display OEM project turns a buyer’s size, function, appearance and branding requirements into a repeatable manufactured product. The safest process uses approved drawings, physical or production samples when necessary, artwork templates, documented specifications and pre-shipment inspection.

Define the OEM scope
Clarify whether the requirement is a private-label standard product, a modified frame, a fully custom structure or a complete booth kit. Provide expected quantity, target market, packaging needs, certification requirements and forecast reorder volume.
A practical OEM workflow
- Requirement review and feasibility check.
- Drawing, component list and quotation.
- Prototype or sample approval where appropriate.
- Artwork-template confirmation.
- Production and printing.
- Test assembly, photographs and video.
- Packing-list approval and shipment.
Branding and packaging
OEM details can include printed graphics, labels, instructions, carrying bags and outer cartons. Packaging must protect the product and remain convenient for the planned freight method. QuicklyShow normally packs each stand in a portable bag and kraft carton and can consolidate the booth materials into one shipment.
Quality documentation
The approved drawing should identify dimensions and connections. For lightboxes, confirm 220V European or 110V U.S. configuration, plug type and model-specific electrical data. For counters and hanging banners, weight and packaging are calculated from the approved custom dimensions.
Reorders and version control
Assign a model or order reference to the frame, graphic template and parts list. This prevents a later replacement graphic from being produced for the wrong revision.
Frequently asked questions
Is there always an OEM minimum order quantity?
It depends on the degree of customization. Ask for separate sample, pilot and production pricing.
Can the graphic be replaced without the frame?
Yes, when the exact frame dimensions and finishing specification are confirmed.
How long does production take?
QuicklyShow’s normal custom production can be completed within three days after artwork approval, subject to project details.
