How Pop-Up Lightbox Displays Are Tested Before International Shipping

  • Aug, 21, 2026

Why lighting should be tested before shipment

A pop up lightbox display combines a collapsible frame with electrical components and a tensioned fabric graphic. If the factory checks only the aluminum structure, a loose LED connection or unsuitable adapter may not be discovered until the installation day.

Pre-shipment illumination is therefore a practical risk-control step, especially for international orders with fixed exhibition dates.

Mechanical frame inspection

The factory expands the frame, engages its connections and checks the feet, corners and alignment. A trial assembly also verifies that the ordered dimensions and accessories match the approved design.

LED and cable inspection

The illuminated-frame photograph shows the light strips operating before the front graphic is fitted. Inspectors look for modules that do not illuminate, loose connectors, damaged cables and inconsistent output. Serviceable electrical parts can be replaced without discarding the complete frame.

Voltage and plug configuration

QuicklyShow can configure 110 V or 220 V requirements and suitable plug conversion according to the exhibition country. The buyer should provide the destination and confirm the venue supply before production. A plug adapter does not change an incompatible power specification, so voltage must be checked separately.

Graphic fit and final appearance

After electrical testing, the finished fabric graphic is installed to confirm edge fit, tension and the illuminated appearance. Color, density and seam placement influence the final result as much as the LEDs behind the fabric.

Inspection evidence and warranty

QuicklyShow photographs and records the completed product for customer confirmation before dispatch. Lightbox products have a one-year warranty; for qualifying damage or deformation during that period, corresponding parts are supplied without charge while the buyer covers freight.

Shipping checklist for buyers

Confirm voltage, plug type, frame dimensions, graphic orientation, included driver and cables, package quantity, installation video and replacement-part contact. Express shipment commonly takes five to seven working days; sea freight commonly takes around 20 to 30 working days.

Frequently asked questions

Can the frame be reused for different exhibitions?

Yes. The aluminum frame can be stored and reused, and the fabric graphic can be replaced. A different booth size may require a revised layout and additional or fewer modules.

Does QuicklyShow provide installation support?

Yes. Labeled components, installation videos and remote guidance are available. Actual crew size and installation time depend on the final configuration.

How quickly can a customized order be produced?

After the design and artwork are approved, standard customized production can normally be completed within three days, followed by inspection photographs and video for customer confirmation.
