The starting point: a venue-provided standard booth

The original shell-scheme booth was already provided and assembled by the exhibition venue. It was not part of QuicklyShow’s supply and is not included in the stated material weight. Our task was to transform the plain wall panels into a more distinctive branded environment without rebuilding the booth or introducing a heavy custom structure.

How the 45-minute installation worked

1. Connect the sectional hanging rods

Two team members aligned and connected the rod sections in sequence. The internal elastic cord helps keep each set together and reduces loose-part handling. No specialist assembly tools were needed for this stage.

2. Insert the rods into the graphic pole pockets

The connected rods were fed into sewn pockets along the top and bottom edges of each fabric graphic. Supporting both the fabric and rod during insertion helps prevent twisting and keeps the printed surface away from the floor.

3. Attach the hooks and hang the graphics

Metal hooks were fitted to the rod ends, after which the prepared graphics could be positioned on the existing booth walls. A suitable step ladder or compliant work platform should be used whenever the mounting position is above comfortable reach.

4. Check alignment and finish the presentation
