How a Tool-Free Pop-Up Display Stand Is Assembled by Two People
What tool-free really means
A tool free trade show booth uses linked frames and labeled connections so the main structure can be assembled without cutting, drilling or building a timber wall on the exhibition floor. It does not mean that every configuration has the same setup time or that venue safety rules can be ignored.

Step 1: identify the frame and orientation
Place the carry bag beside the installation area and check the labels before unfolding the frame. Confirm which side faces the aisle and where lights, graphics and accessories will be positioned. This prevents a large expanded frame from needing to be rotated in a tight booth.

Step 2: two people expand the lattice evenly
The installation photograph shows two people opening the linked lattice from opposite sides. They move gradually and keep the frame level instead of pulling one corner to full width first. This distributes force through the connectors and makes the quick setup display booth easier to control.
Step 3: lock and inspect the connections
Once the frame reaches its working size, the installers engage the identified connectors and inspect each junction. Feet and stabilizing parts are installed according to the product instructions. Electrical components remain disconnected until the lightbox structure is stable.

Step 4: install graphics and lighting
Fit the fabric graphic in the recommended sequence so tension builds evenly. For a lightbox, connect the LED modules, driver and destination-compatible plug only after completing the frame inspection.
How long does setup take?
In a previous QuicklyShow test, two people assembled a three-meter pop-up lightbox in about 30 minutes. A simple portable booth can typically be installed within about two hours, depending on layout, accessories and installer familiarity. These figures are practical references rather than guarantees for every booth.
Packing after the show
Reverse the installation sequence, count the components and return them to the durable Oxford-fabric bag or wheeled case. Reusing the packing protects the frame during transport and helps prevent small parts from being separated from the shipment.
Frequently asked questions
Can the frame be reused for different exhibitions?
Yes. The aluminum frame can be stored and reused, and the fabric graphic can be replaced. A different booth size may require a revised layout and additional or fewer modules.
Does QuicklyShow provide installation support?
Yes. Labeled components, installation videos and remote guidance are available. Actual crew size and installation time depend on the final configuration.
How quickly can a customized order be produced?
After the design and artwork are approved, standard customized production can normally be completed within three days, followed by inspection photographs and video for customer confirmation.
