Berlin Trade Show Case: Hanging Scroll Banners for a Standard 10×10 Booth

  • Sep, 07, 2026

A standard shell-scheme booth does not have to look generic. At an exhibition in Berlin, Germany, exhibitors used custom trade-show hanging scroll banners to turn organizer-provided booth walls into clear, product-focused brand displays—without adding a bulky freestanding backdrop system.

Project Overview

  • Location: Berlin, Germany
  • Booth format: Standard shell-scheme exhibition booth
  • Display solution: Custom-printed trade-show hanging scroll banners
  • Primary use: Brand presentation, product explanation and booth-wall decoration
  • Customization: Graphic layout, printed content and banner dimensions are confirmed for each booth project

The Challenge: Improving a Standard Booth Without Rebuilding It

Standard booths are practical, but their visible aluminum uprights and plain wall panels can make neighboring exhibitors look similar. For exhibitors travelling internationally, a conventional custom-built wall may also add unnecessary packing volume and installation work.

The objective in this Berlin project was therefore straightforward: use the venue’s existing booth structure while creating a larger, more consistent visual surface for product images, key benefits and brand information.

The Solution: Trade-Show Hanging Scroll Banners

The selected graphics were produced as portable hanging banner sections sized to work with the standard booth structure. Each printed panel is held by slim rails and suspended from the upper booth framework. The lower rail helps the graphic hang neatly and gives the bottom edge a clean finish.

Unlike a retractable roll-up stand, this system does not require a floor cassette or a separate freestanding support frame. It uses the existing shell-scheme booth as the supporting structure, helping preserve usable floor space for counters, samples and visitor conversations.

How the Banner System Works

  1. Confirm the booth structure. The wall width, available hanging points and organizer rules should be checked before production.
  2. Plan the graphic sections. A wall may use one wide visual or several coordinated panels, depending on the booth framework and artwork.
  3. Prepare the artwork. Logos, product photography and sales messages are arranged for readable viewing from the aisle.
  4. Hang and align the panels. The banners attach to approved points on the booth structure, then adjacent graphics are aligned to form a consistent display.
  5. Roll for storage after the show. The graphics can be removed and rolled for transport or future reuse, subject to condition and campaign requirements.

Exact dimensions, rail configuration and hanging accessories must be confirmed against the organizer-provided booth. The photographs show real example configurations rather than a fixed, universal kit.

What the Berlin Booth Photos Demonstrate

The on-site images show how the same type of portable graphic system can support different product presentations. Large lifestyle images explain product use, while separate panels divide product families and create a visual rhythm around the booth. Counter graphics can be coordinated with the wall artwork to give the entire stand a more unified appearance.

The artwork, brand colors and products shown in these photographs belong to the individual exhibition examples. They do not define a fixed QuicklyShow product configuration; new graphics are customized for each exhibitor.

Why Hanging Scroll Banners Suit International Exhibitors

  • Portable format: Graphics roll for packing instead of travelling as rigid wall boards.
  • Efficient use of space: No freestanding floor base is required for the wall graphics.
  • Flexible coverage: Panels can be planned for the rear wall, side wall or a combination of both.
  • Custom communication: Each section can feature a product family, campaign message or brand story.
  • Reusable hardware: Suitable components may be reused, while printed graphics can be replaced for a new campaign.
  • Designed around the venue: The final solution can be adjusted to the actual booth dimensions and permitted fixing method.

Choosing a Solution for a 10×10 ft Standard Booth

For a standard 10×10 ft (approximately 3×3 m) space, exhibitors can begin with the Standard 10×10 ft Booth Backdrop Kit. If the project requires a broader standard-stall solution, see the 10×10 Standard Trade Show Booth.

Before ordering, send the booth manual, wall dimensions, event location and print-ready artwork. QuicklyShow can then check the graphic division, attachment approach and packing plan for the specific event. Organizer approval remains essential because shell-scheme structures and hanging rules vary by venue.
